Drivers for which device? Assuming Desktop Video and a Decklink or UltraStudio?

System spec? Consider including a system spec in your signature as no information has been provided in your post.

I'm having this issue after experimenting with different older versions. I wasn't getting audio so I started trying different versions of the software. Now my card isn't detected at all.

hi, I have the same card and also had to change pc from a windows 7 machine to a newer with windows 10. Probably you first installed the device, and after you installed the drivers, right? If so, I did the same and the system didn't get properly the card. So my suggestion is the following:
1) remove the card
2) unistall all the blackmagic software
3) run ccleander software to erase all the references left in the system and registry
4) reboot the pc and install the drivers (I installed the latest desktop video software v12.3).
5) reboot the pc and the shut down. install the card. reboot and now you should see your card.

doing this way I was able to operate and also update the intensity pro. My only issue is that I don't have sound but I sort it out by connecting the incoming audio to the line in of the audio card of the pc.
