Hello, I have my Blackmagic design Assistant 12G sdi connected to a Gamer computer by HDMI.
The format in the assistant is 4k, however, all footage recorded is only 1920 x1080 px
I guess, Windows is sending that resolution to the assistant ? If yes then 2 questions please
Why is the assistant displaying a 4k format ?
Which parameter and where should I change this on Windows ? Even if both monitors are set to be 4k using : settings/ displays, the problem persists.
