Ext. Battery - Powering BMPCC & Cineroid?
Hi Everyone,
I have an idea but wanted to see what people thought:
I have a Cineroid 4Le, which can be powered with a dummy battery to D-tap (rated from 6-17v).
The BMPCC can be powered by a 0.7mm jack to D-Tap (rated at 12v).
I have a Hawk Woods dual Sony NPF to single D-Tap plate, which if you add two 7.4v NPF batts should give 14.8v running in series. If I used a D-Tap splitter, maybe this would be enough to run both the BMPCC and Cineroid simultaneously?
What do you think?
I am fairly clueless when it comes to power being stepped up or down to be completely honest.
Matt.
