Background Apps ????
Posted: Wed Dec 04, 2013 5:51 amCan anybody from BMD tell me why CheckVersionPCI.exe and BMDStreamingServer.exe run in the background while I'm not using the BMD applications, and while the BMD hardware is not connected to my PC?
And better yet, while do they require internet connections, again, whilst the Desktop Video suite is not in use and the hardware is not connected?
To me this is a security flaw. They should only need to be loaded while the app and the hardware is in use.
