Intensity Pro (NO 4k) no audio

PostWed May 11, 2022 9:06 am

Hi all! I'm changing my old pc that has 2 old Intensity Pro cards so my os is finally going from Win7 to Win10.

I alrealdy did everything, installed Desktop Video 12.3, and all is working EXCEPT for audio...the two blackmagic audio devices show on Windows audio properties as "unavailable". I get no errors or exclamation marks in Windows device manager. I'm using the breakout cable, not hdmi. Previously, on the old pc, audio-in worked well.
And btw the audio signal is coming fine through the audio cable.
Do you folks have any hints? :|
Thank you.

Well why not? In the previous Windows 7 system that was working. Anyway my workaround to this has been to put the audio cable into the line in of the regular onboard audio card.
