Cant get evga SR2 motherboard to see Decklink quad

Motherboard with 2 Intel x5250 6 core processors. 24gigs of 1600 ram and GTX 570
graphics card. I know it’s not one of the approved systems on the list, but I thought
It would work with all this power. Updated everything to latest drivers and even flashed the bios to latest bios no help. Windows 7 64 bit sp1. I hope you guys might have some suggestions. Thanks
