Setup Intensity Extreme with OctoVueFX Switcher

Hi everyone! I could really use some help with setting up my Intensity Extreme. I'm running the software on my PowerBook OS 10.9. I'm using the Main DVI Output of an Analog Way OctoVueFX switcher. I have a DVI cable out from the switcher and a female DVI to male HDMI adapter into the Intensity.

I can't seem to get anything to show up on my laptop. I'm lost.
