i have an older version of intensity pro I purchased in 2010, it worked fine back then. I just bought an Xbox one and wanted to record some games in hdmi for YouTube videos.
the disc that came with my intensity has intensity windows 3.4, im assuming these drivers and such are outdated, so i downloaded the latest drivers from the support page which i believe is desktop video 9.8.
after i download the drivers it comes up with a window that tells me the software needs and update. while the update is taking place it has an error telling me to restart my computer and try again firmware cant be updated. i attempted this several times with no success.
im not sure what try next, or if my intensity pro will even work with the new drivers.
