You can use the BMD UpDownCross converter but I would recommend the Decimator MD-HX converter for preference. I have both and the Decimator is better unit in my opinion.

If the monitor supports 50p, it doesn't support 25p ? otherwise a Micro Converter will be a more compact option. (3G or 12G version)
Intensity Shuttle, ATEM Mini, Video Assist 5"(mini USB), Hyperdeck ShuttleHD,Analog to SDI mini-converter, software: Davinci Resolve 15 on Sierra, Resolve 18 on Catalina. (Using Apple OS 32 & 64 bit on different MacBook Pro's

The Blackmagic SDI to HDMI converter that you need is the Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 4K. This will allow you to take the 1080 25p signal from your camera and output it to your monitor at 1080 50p.

Why 4K ? a converter is not a scaler, like the Decimator …
My guess the question is not clear enough, to upscale to a monitor has no use, FullHD just stays that way, no quality improvement,(FullHD stretched upto 4K) the monitor is able to support 1080p50 maximal, so the Micro Converter SDI to HDMI 3G converter is enough, this one is powered by USB-C there are two versions, one with USB power adapter, the other one without, (incase off the/any device has a USB output already) I see no reason to use a 4K model in this case…. the BMD Micro Converter SDI to HDMI 3G, even alows you to use LUT's if needed.
