Intesity shuttle thunderbold and inpunt hdmi

PostWed Dec 11, 2013 8:21 pm

Hello to all,
I have a problem, I can not capture video from the hdmi, I connected 2 gopro and a macbook pro retina 13 to a splitter hdmi.
Connected to the HDMI splitter I've tried all the settings but there is no one that works, someone can tell me which setting to use any hdmi input?
thank you very much

My configuration:
MacBook Pro Retina 15
MacBook Pro Retina 13
3 Gopro
2 Canon 5D MKII

First thing you need to find out is what framesize and frame rate the devices are outputting and whether it's Progressive or interlaced. Once you know that you can then go into the BM control panel and make sure the input is set to match the source, then once you've matched the source in the control panel go into Media express and set your capture format to match the source. If your devices are outputting 1920x1080 50/60P then you won't see it using the Shuttle as it's not a supported format
