Dear friends
I’m new user for Teranex 3D processor
The only reason that i bought this Teranex 3d processor is 2D TO 3D conversion for my documentary films
I’m using HDMI from my computer graphics card (gtx650) to the trenax HDMI input but I can only capture normal video (2d 1080p) I can’t capture any 3d side by side or any 3d capture method
My source file in 720p-1080p I need to convert it to any 3d file type in side by side view
Sir. I’m wasting a lot of time and budget on black magic product please help me to represent your product with good reputation at my end because 3D processor cannot capture any 3d footage its capture only normal footage
The Teranex 3D connected via thunderbolt cable to new iMac core i7
My source footage (films -720p-25-1080p-25) on PC with HDMI out put
Pleas help I cant capture any 3D footage I see the 3d image on ternax small monitor but I see black image only in the iMac black magic capture software .
if I change to any normal 1080p I can see and capture the image .then when I change the capture profile to 3d side by side there no image >pleas help and replay asap
