DeckLink Mini Monitor & DeckLink Mini Recorder on same compu

Hello to all. Is possible to install these two cards on the same computer to read a file and output video and, at the same time, record on the hard disk (with a second software other than the first), the output sdi of an ATEM? Thank you all.
