I've tried installing my new (eBay) purchased TV Studio on three separate machines. A MacBook Pro, a MacPro and now . . . (gulp) a PC. I'm still not able to get it to connect. I've tried various cables, uninstalling, updating and then reinstalling more times than I can count. I broke down and got out the PC since it never has seen the ATEM TV software and still nothing.
I'm looking for some PC AND OR Mac help - I need to figure out how to find the IP Address and get this thing configured.
Any help would be appreciated.
