Hi everyone,
One of my company's SDI D/As refuses to power on after it has been plugged in; no lights come on, the fans don't activate and its temperature does not change. I haven't tried hooking it into the Teranex setup software to see if it was a problem with the fans/lights but as I suspected, my computer could not see the D/A.
I'm unsure if this is helpful, but all of the dip switches are in the upward position.
Is this device dead or is it possible to revive it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
