Hi again,
One of my company's SDI D/As is no longer functioning as intended. It still boots up and can connect to the Teranex Setup software; when it does connect the device requests to be updated (hitting cancel and selecting the device again won't open the options menu but will once again bring up the update request). Upon updating the device, it is clear something has gone wrong. The device's name is listed as a series of black diamonds with question marks and all SDI outputs do not function. Exiting this screen for the Teranex home screen resets the process.
How can I get my device out of this update loop/functional again?
