I know my MacBook pr 13" isn't qualified to work with Resolve 10, however adjusting the screen settings I am able to get the software to run. It's very very slow but unfortunately that's all I have to work with at the moment.
I am having a strange issue and I'm looking for reassurance that it's not an issue with my new BMPCC.
Shooting prores is fantastic, however when shooing RAW and using resolve to process the footage I'm getting random black frames. This happens under various circumstances, and almost never when I convert to mp4 but it does happen. At first I thought this was a result of trying to record an image that had too much contrast, but it recently reappeared in a shot that had no more contrast than the 10 shots I recorded before and after it. Same day, same card, same settings in resolve.
I'm confident this is an issue caused by my computer not being qualified to run the software, but I was just wondering if anyone knows for sure that this problem is caused by the computer and not some problem in the camera.
