Formatting SSD Card

Is there any way to format the SDD card from within the BM Cinema camera

I do not have a separate SSD cable to connect to my Mac computer

Is there a way to connect the camera to the mac using a usb cable or do i need a seperate dock/connector?

sorry, I meant SSD for the BM Cinema Camera

Can I format the Kingston SSD Drive from the camera somehow or do I need a separate cable that did not come with the box?
