Intensity pro 4k no desktop video found.

I'm having an issue where my Intensity pro 4k is no longer working or being found by the Media express or Desktop video program.

I have re-installed all software a few times, moved PCI slots, and nothing.

Any suggestions?

Is this on macOS or Windows? Which version of Desktop Video - 12.4?

Consider including a system spec in your signature.

All drivers up to date.

The pro 4k has been on this system for over 3 years and has worked great up until this point.

If I try to install Desktop12.4.0 on my win 10 machine it fails with the reason No Windows Certification, 12.2.0 installs correctly.
