Hi Forum Experts.
This is my first post and I start with a request to help solve a problem.
I run 2 lyric prompters for singers. These receive an MP video signal sent from a laptop.
Currently use HDMI fist run-length is 10 metres this goes into a Booster Splitter then feeds first monitor and then a 5 metre run of HDMI to the second monitor.
We are finding the HDMI signal very 'patchy' and poor quality by the time it gets to second monitor.
At a recent show it was suggested we get blackmagic HDMI to SDI converters to reduce signal loss/corruption
