Desktop Video 12.4.1 compatibility with Ventura 13

I am using I Mac 2017. Since MAC OS updated to Ventura 13.0.1 my Desktop video app is is not recognising Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3g. I update Desktop Video to latest 12.4.1 but still problem is persisting. Please help

try to completely remove and install, it helped me so much!
