DeckLink Mini Monitor 4k synchronization problems

I just purchased a DeckLink Mini Monitor 4k to connect to a Dell 2718Q UHD monitor for video monitoring purposes. It works, but the video goes black randomly almost every minute for a couple of seconds. If I play again the clip where the black screen occured, it is most of the time played correctly.
The DeckLink card is inserted in a PCI Express 16 lanes slot.
The Desktop Video Setup driver is 12.4.2.
The HDMI cable is rated for 4K at 120 Hz.
The same monitor connected using a Display Port output of the NVIDIA RTX 2080Ti Graphic Card as a Resolve "clean output" plays the same 4K timeline without any problems.
Could please anybody help me?
