Hi there,
I'm looking for help I just got an intensity pro 4k and installed it into my 2012 mac pro 5,1. I installed desktop video 11.3 since that is the latest I could find that works on my OS (10.14.6 Mojave). It installed fine and I rebooted but when I run desktop video setup it says "No Desktop Video Device Detected". When I run media express it also says "no device is connected" in the device drop down list. In the Hardware profiler it shows up as being in a pci slot as "video" but under driver installed it says "no".
Really hoping someone can help me get this running I'm out of ideas
