Purchased Studio but no download or activation code

I purchased Resolve Studio but the window closed without offering me a download link or sending me an activation code. I'm stuck here, what do I do? Should they not have sent me an email?

Have you checked your Spam folder as the email may have landed there? I find that emails from Blackmagic seem to end up in mine. You download the Studio version of Resolve from the Blackmagic website Support page.

The purchase looked as if it had gone through, but it was still pending for an unknown reason. I have now completed the purchase and an activation code was provided immediately.
