Access to a Blackmagic technician

My hperdeck studion mini does not presents pictures when connected to my atem mixer...how do i get a technician to fix in my region...from Nigeria

First start a ticket with BMD by email support, give as much details as possible, with your work flow included, maybe there's nothing wrong with your equipment.
