Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K AUTOFOCUS

I just leased a Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K before I purchased and found an issue with the auto-fucus functionality. If I use the focus button on the back of the camera it works (sometimes) but is really not consistent. I ran across a youtube video where the guy was also having this issue.

1. Is there a fix?

Secondly, the screen tap function to set focus TOTALY does not set focus. Is there a menu option to turn this on? I can control others sets with the touch screen but no the auto-focus.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

there was a firmware update that screwed the focus and then another to fix it you need t talk with the vendor about it, This said the camera does not have auto focus and what it has depends on the lens. I think you can program one of the 3 buttons on the top for this.

I used pk4k for years, and depended a lot from lenses and if you add, from adapter.

Update to latest firmware and test again, try with different lenses if you can.
