I have a new Decklink Studio 4K and new HP Omen 45L that has a spare 4 lane gen3 PCIE slot. The Decklink 4K is not being recognised in the devices menu or BMD software. I have an older Mini Monitor and it picks up fine. I've connected the 4k to the mini USB port and the PC can recognise it and update it but as soon as you unplug the USB it disappears from the device list. It's just the Studio 4K that wont get recognised. Power is on the card and the fan is spinning. Its also seated properly.
