Dock and dual screen monitor recommendations

What is the dock and dual screen 4K monitor recommendation for BlackMagic software, and is there a recommendation from the folk in the BlackMagic office?
I need to use the set up for both the latest Macbook Pro and USB-C PC but have had massive issues with several docks getting both screens to work (Targus and Dell). On the occasion the monitors were up and running, I had them periodically cut out, or display video content all in yellow.
Is OWC the best most stable dock? Should both 4K monitors be 60hz or 120Hz.. Will a BlackMagic color panel be compatible?
