I have a “New” out of the box Window 11 PC with all of the “Windows Updates” applied.
The only hardware and software installed on the “New Never Used PC” is the Decklink Duo2.
After installing the Duo2, the PC would Crash with System Error Bugchecks (See error messages below).
I “Uninstalled the Duo2” software and the “Errors do not occur”.
HELP – I have a deadline to install your Blackmagic solution for a Customer and I have to resolve this problem ASAP!!!
