Can’t install or uninstall

Hello everybody
Somehow things did not install correctly and now if I try to reinstall or uninstall I get a message saying it can’t find the file ‘Desktop Video installer v12.4.1.msi”. Any ideas on how to get around this?

Try to delete any files from the previous install by hand, and be sure you have a current and good windows installation, and download the latest Desktop Video Setup software, and try again.

I have tried this option. Deleted all files related to black magic in program files but it is still very much available in control panel. Every attempt to uninstall has failed.
