Hi all,
Coming here in the hopes of finding an answer I'm not finding elsewhere.
Recently purchased a new 14" Macbook Pro running Sonoma 14.2.1 with an M2 chip for streaming (I work in collegiate athletics). Have a Decklink Duo 2 in a Sonnet Echo Express SE-1, connected via Thunderbolt 3. The new computer is not detecting the Decklink Duo - it is picking up that the Echo Express is connected, but it's not detecting the inputs from the Duo. On our older streaming Mac, which is running Monterey 12.4 with an M1 chip, it detects it just fine.
Is there something I'm missing? I even went as far as downloading the older driver that's on the older computer (version 12.2.1 as opposed to the most current, 12.7.1) of Blackmagic Desktop Video. That didn't do it. I also already gave it full permission in the computer's security setting when I first installed it. Any suggestions or anyone else run into this and find a resolution?
