Do the Messiah packs still work with 18.6?

HI i have several packs I bought from a company called Messiah who still show on a google search but don't answer emails or any other communication,

I now need to reinstall them to a new ssd and resolve 18.6 would the original packs that were for v17 up still work and where do I install them now?

I have,

freeze frame 1,3 for power bin thses are .dra and .drp files

camera and wipe move 1.5 these are setting files and .drp file

divider title pack 1.3.1 thsese are .drp files

text transitions 1.3.1 + 1.5 they seem to consist of .settings files

where do these files get installed on 18.6?
