Bm pocket 4k won't pair

I'm using the blue connect app on android and I've tried resetting the blue tooth and unpairing but nothing is working ?

Maybe you can make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your Android device and the Blackmagic Pocket 4K camera. Restart both devices and attempt to pair again.
