Videos not playing black magic phone app with iPhone 14 pro

Have shot video on the black magic app. The videos recorded fine when filming however afterward when checking the videos in media folder the videos all showed 00.00 and would not play. I transferred to iPhone library and to davinchi on MacBook Pro and still saying 00.00 and not playing.
All the content is there is the folder but won't play. Need help. Tried to message black magic and they said they can only help with products that are purchased? What!? No help for the app they created? Im so disappointed, created a short film for a project and spent money on location and can't even access the content..

What suggests to you that all the content is in the folder?

Did you record to iPhone storage or external?

How much free space do you have on the iPhone now?
