Files play audio but not video

When i drop certain files into davinci it says media offline and will play the audio but not the video. I have relinked them and it seems to think its fine, but it still shows the red and media offline. They're all mp4 clip. The clip codex is H.264 High 4:2:2 L5.1. I do not know why this won't work, and need help Please.

That codec format needs the Studio version
