Decklink 4K Extreme not working with DesktopVideo above 12.1

I am running an Intel MacPro with latest Ventura. My deckling 4K Extreme 12G is working perfectly fine with DesktopVideo 12.1. But with any DesktopVideo version above (I tried them all) the card is no longer recognised. (All permissions granted of course). I updated the firmware of the card manually via USB. The procedure worked but the card won't be seen. Going back to 12.1. and the card worked again (including the firmware update via installation)!
Then I installed additionally a Decklink 4K Mini Monitor. This card works fine even with DesktopVideo 12.9.
I think there must be an incompatibility between the 4K Extreme 12G and all Desktop Video versions higher than 12.1. As the card seems to be perfectly okay I wonder if somebody knows what it could be.
I tried all tests and terminal commands that I found in various forums but it does not change anything.
