Show C# wpf app over SDI Output

Hello,

we have a Decklink 4k Extreme card and a Smartview HD Display.

Is it somehow possible to show our c# wpf app over SDI on the SmartView display?
Or is it possible to mirror the windows desktop to the SDI SmartView display?
