Polygon@Planar tracker and Title_Elegant Shadow

Since I have upgraded my DVRS to 19.0.3 I lost two functionalities:
1. Title_Elegant Shadow: corrupted with a messy image appearing in both the preview and if placed in the timeline.
2. If I want to stabilize the image at a certain clip, within FUSION_PLanar Tracker, I can not get a response from the polygon I am supposed to draw before initiating tracking.
Has anyone else had such an experience and what could be done to revert the abovementioned situation?
