[Help] Performance problems

First of all this is my hardware:

- CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K Octa Core 3,6 GHz
- Scheda Video: Asus GeForce RTX 2060
- RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance PRO DDR4
- Dissipatore CPU: Cooler Master Hyper 412s
- Motherboard: MSI z390 gaming pro carbon
- SSD: NVME CRUCIAL P3 500GB, 1.0TB Intenso Top Perform 2.5 , Crucial BX200 240GB
- PSU: MSI MPG A850GF
- Windows 11, Da Vinci Resolve 19.0.3 Free

I had many problems in the last year with DaVinci before this PC build but something is still going on ( also because I passed from 1920x1080 to 4k, 3D transitions etc)
Even though I set the timeline with lower quality than the video itself, my timeline preview still sucks during some heavier transitions like 3d or stuff like that
One of my last project I had to export everytime the video to watch the 3d transition..and this is not sustainable. I have read that Da Vinci Studio Version increase video card performance. Now i was wondering if the next step would be upgrading my video card ( for example to 4070 super) or buying da vinci;

EDIT 2.0 : qui ci sono logs e system information https://file.io/JDbI2yKS2y5r

im asking this because i've read that studio version enable the GPU acceleration, so i was wondering if the problem is my RTX 2060 or the free version.
The performance problems im talking about are slowdowns and sometimes even not loading at all skipping all the frames with some "heavy" transitions like 3D or related

What kind of shooting do you edit?
What codec and resolution?

Have made sure your RTX 2060 has a Studio driver version of 550.58 or newer. This is required for Resolve 19.X.X so that it can use CUDA 12. Also is it the 6 or 12GB RTX 2060?

4k 60fps h.265 but we are talking about shorts and reels so basically 1-2 minutes

Try to select videos in media pool and right click do optimized media.
4k 60fps in h265 could be a bit hard to decide real time.
If this change resolve the performance is matter of codec.
If you work on short and reel I think instead to change video card you can do proxy or optimized media and go

No within the settings I already tried to increase performance
The problem is that when the transition is heavy (for example Disarrange) it will not load properly in my timeline viewer

I would suggest you post log and NFO files to hopefully let BMD get to the bottom of the problem.
