Storage full with no videos?

Hi, I have a load of storage remaining on my phone but when I'm recording on blackmagic cam app I only have 1% storage remaining despite deleting all videos in app and yet still unable to record any further.

Any advice please?

What Os version
Have you tried to reboot device? Sometimes before reboot some android not empty the trashcan of app
