Blackmagic Camera Application With Android Tablet Problem..

I have the BMPCC4K Camera and I have downloaded the Blackmagic Camera Application.
My understanding of this application is that from my Tablet I could see what my BM Camera is seeing and control the setup of the camera from the BM Camera Application.
But when I turn on the BM Camera Application the only thing I am seeing is what the Tablet camera's is seeing.
The Android version of the Tablett is 14. (The specs says that anything above 13 should work)
What am I doing wrong here?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
