Blackmagic Disk Speed Test for Windows is Missing

This subject exists because I cannot find it anywhere inside version 3.4.2 of the Desktop Video app. Have downloaded Desktop Video twice, looked inside, looked elsewhere... nothing. Nothing on the Internet I have looked at has mentioned this problem. Has BM Design excluded it for some reason? Or moved it elsewhere without publishing its new location?

I also found Desktop Video version 14.5 online, and it also does not contain Disk Speed Test. What has happened to it?
