Hello! I'm a Windows 11 user and Davinci has been running fine for a long while but suddenly crashes start every time. I've tried reinstalling, deleting roaming files, getting rid of the control panels but no change. The main thing that's changed is I migrated to a bigger SSD for my C: drive by cloning my SSD and then expanding the partition to use up all the additional space.

I'd appreciate any advice because I'm completely stuck.

Try rolling back Windows update.

Prosím o radu po přechodu na dvacítku mi DV zasekává a po znovunačtení projektu se seká v místě kde se program zasekl. Problémy s editací zvuku. Nic z toho se mi v19 nedělo.

Please advise after switching to 20 my DV freezes and after reloading the project it freezes at the point where the program freezes. Problems with audio editing. It also freezes when rendering and doesn't go any further. None of this happened to me in 19.

Hi.
I have the same issue. Davinci V19 was running fine, but then suddenly, it wouldn't boot up. The startup process would start, then abruptly crash.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Davinci V20, same thing.
No changes to the computer, and all updates (computer and video card) current.
Any clues?
My laptop still works!
But much more processing grunt on the desktop, well if Davinci started it would have...

In most cases, when Resolve was working one day and not the next the issue is that an OS update changed the GPU driver.

Please review the GPU driver version that is installed and consider a clean install of the driver recommended as minimum in the v20 read me.

I have an AMD RADEON RX 7700 XT and a 3840x2160 pixel resolution screen, and I just did a "factory reset" of the driver.
No Change.
When it crashes, an error message/crash report window appears, so I "send the report" and close the window, however, Task Manager shows that Davinci Resolve is still running, but of course, nothing shows on the screen
