I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with our software company, but I feel that there is a need to clarify a couple of things:
1. As Adam Simmons pointed out correctly, you have received "Sorry, but your license has expired! You need to obtain a new license” message because you were trying to use a license that is no longer valid (from May 2014);

9. "The app is available as a free download starting today and features our character generator as an optional plugin.” - again, that post was made in May 2014. Since then, Direct Take underwent many developments. Please, make sure you look at the recent information that is easily accessible on our web page
10. "So, no free ? only free to download then paid for use ?? why not statements ?” - as I can see, these posts were the first ones you made in this forum discussion. If you will review the messages made by our frequent readers and contributors you will notice the post from Dec. 2014 that will answer your questions.
