Cache Clip file location problems...

I have a "Davinci clean up" folder on my desktop where I have my projects drop all the proxies, gallery stills, project media and cache clips. I do this because its there in front me and its easy access to clean those files out once a project is completed. For some reason, only the cache files location, even after being changed to the folder I created, defaults back to its original location after I close and reopen the project (see attached pic). Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Is there a fix to this? I believe this only happened since v20. Thanks in advance.

it doesnt seem anyone knew the answer but I found it on my own and wanted to share... under preferences, then media storage, then under the systems tab, you have to remove the default folder. By putting your own folder and only your own folder in there, it will keep the working folders on the master settings the same.

Thanks for the information, I was having a problem with my cache files. I wanted to be sure I was setting it up correctly. Now its working again.
