Hello if you have a answer please let me know. + You'll be providing people a solution to this similar situation.

Scenario:
> I bought Davinci Resolve studio online one-time payment without making a account, downloaded the application then restarted.

>(Problem) Since I didn't signup before purchase no email of purchase statement was given(so no license key) and no I did not printing out the payment statement from Black magic after purchase since I restarted my PC and not checking beforehand.

>(Steps taken) I have recently emailed support and provided my payment statement from paypal hoping to get a refund then repurchasing or support resolves my issue... I am waiting for their respose.
+ I am reaching out to the forum hoping to know if there is any steps I can take on my own to find the License key and link the purchase to my acct I just created before having to contact support.

You don't mention which country you are in so we can direct you to the correct BMD office but for speed, you might find it simpler to cancel the PayPal payment and start the process again with a registration.

The problem has been resolved.

...Sorry for the misunderstanding on my end, the email wasn't sent on the acct used for login but instead to the paypal acct email. I have resolved the issue thanks to my contact with support.

... I did delete the message over on my end so it wouldn't have wasted your time but you received it anyways. I tried not to use personal information as it's a public forum(probably should've since it's a 'private' direct message). Anyways have a blessed day, you probably have alot anyways but gave one more blessing from me.
