Intensity Pro Firmware Problem
Posted: Tue Jun 03, 2014 8:24 pmI have had my Intensity Pro for ~3 years now. Last week my HDD died so I bought a new one and had a copy of Windows 8 Pro given to me for free. Every time I am prompted to update my firmware it fails saying:
An error has occurred that has prevented the firmware on your Intensity Pro from being upgraded. Try restarting your computer and upgrading the firmware again.
When I reboot, it does it again. Nothing works. I have been fighting this issue for 4 days now. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
