You should be able to download that with Desktop Video.

@Tony Rivera, no standalone installer for the BM Disk Speed Test yet (Windows that is)?
I looked up the Desktop Video MSI file for an executable of the Disk Speed Test, but couldn't find it...

When you install the Desktop video software it installs the disk speed test at the same time
