Intensity Extreme - doesn't work

Hi,

I bought the BB Intensity Extreme and installed the Media Express. Now I'm trying to record but nothing works.

I tried:

-Canon 600D, T3i - with HDMI cable
-Sony H50 - with component (put on input 8 and 9 of BBIExtreme)
-Sony Handycam CX200 with HDMI cable and s-video
-The output of cable TV

No image shows up on the media express.... could someone help me?

What video format are you trying to capture from Canon 600D?
I have encountered a customer setting the video format of the Canon 600D to 1080i50 and nothing show up in the media express thru Intensity Extreme. When we connect the video from the Canon 600D directly to a video monitor, it shows 1080i5994 on the screen, even through the 600D was set to 1080i50.
I suggest you set the video format to other video formats and see if the problem still exist.
