Need to set up a HD Cam to record AND broadcast thru Skype

So I have a Sony HD camcorder with the usual outputs (HDMI, SVIDEO)

I need to record (ideally on computer) and also use the Camera as a webcam to broadcast live through Skype.

Any suggestions?
