Teranex remote control

Hi all,
We purchased a Teranex 2D as we like to be able to monitor/control/configure this unit remotely. The website description reads:

Perfect for regular conversions as well as capture and playback. Get SD/HD and 3 Gb/s SDI, HDMI and analog in and out, 8 channel AES/EBU, 4 channel balanced analog input and output as well as consumer HiFi audio input connections. Thunderbolt port for computer capture and playback, RS-422 deck control, reference input, and ethernet are included for remote configuration.

However, I cannot find any mention of remote control via ethernet in the manual or online. Is there something I have missed?

It will be released in a future software update.

Should it not be noted on the product page that ethernet control/access is not currently part of the product, but will be a future enhancement?

Also - have BlackMagic got an ETA on this new firmware?

A software update for Teranex (1.0.1) was just released, actually. It can be downloaded via the Support page: http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support

i did the firmware upgrade, but there are still no info on how to use the ethernet port?

This update was a smaller release to fix some audio issues with some decks. The Ethernet control is not in this update.

Is there an ETA on USB or Ethernet Remote Control? I'm seeing posts regards RC dating back to October last year... :'(
